I don’t much frequent Oak Street in New Orleans any more and had not noticed the excellent Blue Cypress Books, specializing in used and local interest books. I saw an event for another author there and so dropped in this week. Carry Me Home is now also available there, and we discussed doing aa reading there in the near future. (finally; I have only done signings until now due to the space limits of the locations).
So add Blue Cypress Books, 8126 Oak Street in the Carrollton section of New Orleans to our list of outlets. And if you’ve been staying away from Oak Street due to the massive construction project, they’re finished on the Carrollton Avenue end so there’s no reason not to stop by.
